The stunning three floor terraced house sits in a charming and beautiful area of the town centre surrounded with cherry blossom trees and shadowed by the spire of St Andrews Church.’The Townhouse’ too is a very short walk from all of Ayr’s restaurants, cafe’s, bars and nightlife.
For golf enthusiasts Royal Troon, Old Prestwick, Western Gailes and Turnberry are all within 25mins. A further 20 odd fine courses are too!!
Historic places such as Alloway with Burns cottage and Museum, Dumfries House one of King Charles favourite homes and Culzean Castle are all triangulated a short drive away.
Run by professional hotelier couple Neil and Alison Ferguson who have had hotels running through their veins since they were teenagers. Neil as a highly respected chef, having worked at various temples of gastronomy such as Gleneagles, Inverlochy Castle and as Chef/Patron at a credited and accomplished Sydney restaurant. Alison manages the proceedings as silky as you would expect at any eponymous institution worldwide. They may call ‘The Townhouse’ a bed and breakfast but that’s where any similarities end, think small and perfectly enriched with a highly personal touch. Each room is furnished to the highest of standards equipped with en suite facilities, complimentary toiletries, Wifi, large TV, hairdryer and tea / coffee-making facilities.

The sumptuously furnished lounge is also available for guests to use. A traditional full Scottish breakfast is served in the morning to ensure a great start to the day.
Vegetarians are also happily catered and accommodated for. Please advise prior to your arrival any dietary requirements!
